This lens appears to have received relatively little actual use, evidenced by the near-new condition of its mount, and is, as far as I can determine, completely indistinguishable from new. Glass is excellent, with clean, clear optics throughout, and the diaphragm, which is exposed on this design, is clean and exhibits perfect, quick, symmetrical action. Focus action is light and smooth throughout its range, as on a new lens. The lens' telescoping hood operates smoothly and locks in place when extended, and the tripod mount allows for easy rotation of the lens and removes quickly when needed. AF is quick and consistently accurate, and the lens is very sharp, even wide open at f/4. Be sure to view the attached photos, and please feel free to ask any questions.
